EU/UK Customers

EU customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees on orders once they arrive at your country's customs office. I do not collect or remit VAT nor do I include it in the item price or shipping cost. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs charges/fees/taxes/duties in order to claim your package. Please monitor your package using the tracking number to avoid delays and make sure it doesn't get abandoned at customs or returned to me.

If an order is returned to me from customs you have two options:

You can pay to have the package shipped to you again.

Or I can refund you the value of the order minus the shipping costs
and a 10% restocking fee. (So long as the products are in an acceptable
condition.)

I do not currently ship to the UK due to VAT complications. But if you are from the UK and would like to make a purchase you can email me at rowank.illo@gmail.com and I'll make a custom listing for you on Etsy!

Do you sell wholesale?

What are the two types of shipping?

I offer Sticker Mail and Standard shipping.

Sticker Mail: Is for stickers and postcards only this includes die-cut and sticker sheets. Sticker mail can be sent anywhere untracked in a stamped envelope. Postcards sent in this way are more at risk of damage/bending given the lack of protective packaging. Choose at your own risk.

Standard:
I ship regular packages out using USPS First Class Mail (and rarely
through Priority Mail if it is over the weight limit). These will arrive in a protected, tracked mailer and is what every order including something other than stickers or postcards will use.

When will my order ship?

I usually ship orders on Thursdays but will increase my frequency when it is a busy season. I always try to ship out orders within a week of receiving them, if not sooner!

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders take about 3-7 days to arrive after shipping. International mail will take around 1-3 months.

Please contact me with your name and order number if you haven't received your order for more than 30 days.

Where do you ship?

Sticker Mail can be sent anywhere, but remember that it comes in an untracked stamped envelope and is only for stickers.

For orders with more than stickers, here is a list of countries that are currently suspended. I ship everywhere other than the UK and these!

Do I have to pay international customs/fees?

Yes.
It is the buyer's responsibility to handle any of their country's custom's charges. Please track your package to avoid delays at the custom's office.

Can I combine orders?

If they are made around the same time frame and ship to the same address then I am happy to combine orders! Within 24 hours of your order you can email me your order numbers and I will partially refund or adjust the shipping cost so the order can be sent in one package.

What if something is wrong with my order or it goes missing?

In general, I don't accept returns/exchanges.

If you think your package has gone missing, here is what you can do:

- If your tracking info says it was delivered but you aren't seeing it anywhere, this is likely due to the USPS scanning it prematurely. Give it a day or two to see if it arrives.

- If it is still missing, it is best to check with your postal worker or USPS branch. Once an order is with USPS it is out of my hands and they can definitely do much more to find it than me!

I pack orders with their safe arrival in mind and I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal system.

However, please let me know via email if you have any issues with your order when it arrives! I will happily work to resolve it or fix any mistakes I may have made.

I put in the wrong address!

If you entered the wrong address, please let me know immediately through email! If it is sent out and returned to me I will have to ask you to repay the shipping cost to resend it.
